Two Youths Die In Headon Crash Near Prairie du Chien
In a two car head on collision on U S 18 four miles southeast of Prairie du Chien Wisconsin on Tuesday night Roger Peterson 19 and Frank Houston 18 both of McGregor Iowa were killed. A third McGregor occupant Richard Long 19 was in fair condition at the Prairie du Chien hospital. James Bailey 17 of Prairie du Chien a driver of the other car was also in fair condition. Sheriff Bruce Hutchins said the McGregor driver apparently swerved into Bailey’s path.
