Racine Dope Ring Breaks Under Joint Arrests
Federal agents and Racine County authorities arrested five men in a $75,000 heroin and marijuana operation after nearly four months of investigation. The suspects are Santos G. Paredes Juan V. Bocanegra Abran M. Rodriguez Jesus V. Herrara and George Mitchell. Mitchell faced marijuana sale charges while the others were accused of heroin. All five faced arraignment before U. S. Commissioner Anthony M. De Mark.

Survived by daughters Ethel and Clara Barthel both of Salem and brother William Kutzke Bristol. Preceded by daughter Alice and brothers Gus and Charles Kutzke.
