Lightning Fatal to 13 Year Old Golfer in Kenosha
A 13 year old Kenosha boy, Clark R. Lindgren, was struck and killed by lightning while golfing with Sally Adams, 12, of Hobart Indiana at the Municipal course. They teed off at the seventh hole around 3:30 p.m. when a storm broke. Lindgren moved to safety under a large tree with orders to join the girl when a lightning flash struck. The girl notified staff after finding him slumped and bleeding at the head.
