Two Vehicle Crashes Reported In Burling ton Area
Two separate crashes injure three and injure one in Burling ton area. John Bobula 41 of Route 3 Burling ton collided with Archie Burns 17 of Salem at county trunks B and F. Bobula’s truck rolled and tipped, causing damage to left side and hood while Burns suffered facial and forearm cuts. Both men treated by a local physician. In a second crash Edward Parker 51 riding with Andrew Hrehar 24 braked for a car and the truck skidded, plunging into a north ditch near Willowbrook sanitarium. Parker sustained a compression vertebra fracture and three rib fractures. Paramedics transported Parker to St Catherine’s hospital. The Monday evening crashes were reported by Deputies Schreck, Wallace, Hughes, and Sikora.
