Youth On Run Nabbed In Louisiana Horse Incident
A 15 year old Kenosha boy wanted for giving away a rented horse and for questioning in burglaries is in custody in Alexandria Louisiana. He rented a horse from a local stable on January 9 rode it to Winthrop Harbor Illinois six miles away gave it to a stranger and disappeared using Roosevelt dimes stolen in a burglary to rent the horse. A 16 year old boy arrested January 10 told detectives of the burglary and said the younger companion kept the money and planned to hire a horse for pleasure riding with part of it. The 15 year old will be questioned at Friedens school plus other burglaries. Both youths have juvenile records.
