Earl Ontko 37 Dies After Heart Attack at Allendale Pharmacy
Earl G Ontko aged 37 of 720 59th Place died at a Kenosha hospital this morning after suffering a heart attack while working at Allendale Pharmacy. Born March 13 1911 in Whiting Ind he moved to Racine and later Kenosha in 1931 he owned Ontko Drug Store with his brother Harry for ten years and later worked at Allendale Pharmacy. A World War II veteran he served as technical sergeant with the 111th medical battalion 63rd division overseas in France and Germany and was honorably discharged Jan 3 1946. He was a member of St Thomas Aquinas church and American Legion Post 21. Surviving is his brother Harry G Ontko of Kenosha. parents and five brothers predeceased him.
