Benton County will hold a hearing January 6 1908 at 10 o'clock A M at the Prosser Court House to consider the county engineer report and schedule for the drainage ditch benefiting lands in section 16 and 22 township 8 north range 30 east W M and to assess damages. Coffin Bros. are named as a party. The route and extent of the ditch and a requested lateral are described with multiple bearings and distances and the lands involved are listed. County Auditor W S Jenkins presides.
