Death of ex governor Bliss in Milwaukee
Ex governor Aaron Thomas Bliss of Michigan died in Milwaukee at Sacred Heart sanatorium from apoplexy after a relapse. He had been in poor health for a year with Brights disease and arteriosclerosis. Bliss had long career in public service including governor from 1901 to 1905 and a term in Congress. He was 60 on May 22. He left a widow and no children.
