Seven men rode the blind baggage on No 20 when a water tank burst aboard at Kendallville. One man fell, struck the standpipe, and was killed instantly. The body, unidentified, was found at 3 15 this morning. A Chicago and Toledo engineer gave a spoken account to a Sun reporter.

New Witness in Thaw Case Named From Wilkinsburg
Pittsburg July 11 It is learned that a witness who will appear in the Thaw cause in New York is Paul born of Wilkinsburg. He sailed May 26 and returned July 1 and would not discuss his connection with Thaw. He says he is instructed to keep silent until interviewed by Mrs Thaw and would not speak in court or out of it until then. He recalls meeting Bedford the valet at Southampton and calls his death unfortunate.
