The note claims one buyer considered selling property and moving to Arizona but changed plan after treatment. Also advertises Est Est Cough and Cold cure and throat healer by C W Woodward Druggist. Trial bottle offered. Ola Nelson offers a red heifer calf for property proof and reimbursement.

The District Court of Jasper County appoints Clarance W. Craven as administrator of Henry Forman's estate. Creditors must settle debts or file claims within twelve months. claims filed with the District Court Clerk are required and proof is necessary to avoid being barred. Dated Newton May 19, 106.
