Prof Jackson's Trip To Los Angeles Fundraiser Play
The Allensworth Literary and Industrial Club invited me to stage a two part program in Trinity Auditorium Los Angeles for the Old Folks Home. The 100 voice program featured folk songs and Coleridge Taylor's Hiawatha wedding feast with Indian stage effects supplied by city park commissioners. I played the largest pipe organ I ever faced at M B E church before about 2000 spectators.
