Mrs. Waterloo Bullock Snelson 44 wife of Rev Floyd G Snelson died at noon yesterday after an operation at St Anthony's Hospital. Funeral at St Pauls A M E Church next Friday at 1 30 pm with Rev Ira A Collins officiating. She aided suffrage among Colored women in Ohio and was appointed by the governor to represent the state at a national education congress. She is survived by her husband and other relatives.
Our First Rally at Bethel Chapel A M E Church is set for Sunday May 2. The church, split into United States and Mexico clubs, lists Ardis Philips as U S President and Rev F D Wells as Mexico President. The note asks friends to attend and support the event.
