Court News Fines Totals and Pending Assault Case
In Justice John S. Munn's court during August fines and costs in 11 of 15 cases totaled 210 dollars. James D. Moore faces assault to murder with a 1000 dollar bond. An August 30 filing charges possessing a wild deer out of season. Two other cases were traffic violations. The highest fine and costs, 36 dollars, went to a local girl for destroying personal property. Eight fines were for traffic incidents and two fines totaling 21 dollars each were for fishing without a license.
Soil Conservation Districts Gauge Range Improvement Efforts
