Belle Jennings Wins Girl State Award
Belle Jennings daughter of Mr and Mrs Elmo Jennings represented the Burt Fleming unit of the American Legion Auxiliary at Bluebonnet Girls State held at the Texas School for the Deaf in Austin. She was among 316 participants in the largest session. The program trains citizenship through mock city county and state government. Belle is a Junction High School National Honor Society member and will be a senior next year.
