Highway Officials Plan South Llano Road Transfer
District Engineer George and District Supervisor Bendy met with Commissioners' Court to finalize taking over the South Llano road. They reviewed route options to avoid Hunger’s field and agreed to let the road pass through his land if needed, settling on a plan that avoids the field. The county will fund about 2500 dollars for construction, with Road Foreman Sanford Roe directing a team at work on cuts. George will review Bear Creek changes next week after a trip to Austin.
