Highland Study Club Elects Officers at Hill Home

The Highland Study Club met at Mrs. E. G. Hill's home on Friday January 21. The program covered Better English and a paper on The Richness of our Language read by Miss Anita Smith. Officers elected for the coming year were George Ard, President. Mrs. Ernest Nimitz, First Vice President. Mrs. J. W. Greer, Second Vice President. Mrs. B. L. Howard, Secretary. Mrs. E. G. Hill, Parliamentarian. and Mrs. S. C. Ridenhower, Reporter. Delicious refreshments were served to Mesdames Ard, Howard, Nimitz, Aubrey Hill, S. O. Ridenhower and Miss Anita Smith.
