The Brotherhood of the Baptist Church will sponsor the Eppley Sisters of York Pennsylvania in a gospel quartet appearance on January 23. All denominations will be invited, Rev. B. W. Mantooth said.
Mrs Lulu Oxford expresses sincere thanks to customers for past year's patronage and wishes a Merry Christmas. Mrs Jim Hull Gasoline also extends gratitude to the London and Ivy Circle for their Christmas gift.
Beginners and primary departments of the Methodist Church were entertained with a Christmas party Monday afternoon December 11 in the annex building. Mrs. Howard Ragsdill and assistants hosted. Mrs. Daisy Hardeman read a Christmas story as games were played and gifts exchanged. Refreshments were served to 28 pupils and 19 mothers.
