Court summons A D Grief heirs and representatives and other named defendants over land in Kimble County. Plaintiff claims fee simple title to four tracts totaling about 800 acres, adverse possession over five years and twenty five years of chain title, seeking judgment for possession and costs. The case is No 1400 in Kimble County District Court with a return date in August 1939.
