William D. Love Dies at Capitol in Washington
William D. Love of Avadle, former teacher in Junction, died at his Washington home after a year of poor health and two months in bed. Born June 2, 1859 in Old Washington Texas, he served 35 years as a Texas lawyer and was appointed to the U S Board of Tax Appeals by President Coolidge in 1925, reappointed in 1932. The body was taken to Uvalde for burial. he leaves a widow Ophelia and two daughters, Mrs. James Burnet of San Antonio and Mrs. Willie Schwartz in Washington.
