Business Men and Knights of the Grip Play Ball on Local Diamond
A Saturday game north of the tracks pitted the Business Men against the Knights of the Grip in a tied 7-7 showdown after nine innings. Charley Barrows excelled at third while Farmer’s aggressive base running stood out. John Longstaff featured in left field and pitchers aimed for precision, keeping the score close throughout.
