Two youths, Walter Freehaus and Francis O'Brien, were arrested nearby, arraigned, and released on $500 bond after a brief hearing. Military and civic orders will assist in tomorrow’s Memorial Day events. Veterans of three wars join a 1 30 pm parade starting at Webster and Chicago streets, marching south to Jefferson then Bluff, proceeding to the river bridge for ceremonies, then to the courthouse yard for the soldiers monument. Lt. Col. George T. Lovell is grand marshal. Organizations will decorate graves in the morning, and automobiles are requested from the Association of Commerce, with ten cars at 8 am for the G A R, two at the terminal for firing squads, eight at F E Marsh school, and five cars for the War Mothers at Chicago and Benton at 1 30 pm.
