Roads will get new numbers names around Johnston County

U.S. 70 will be re designated as I 42 and N C 42 West will become NC 36. U S 70 Business will drop the business suffix and become U S 70. The changes, likely this fall, aim to reduce confusion for safety and emergency services and reflect the swap to I 42.

Johnson loses most claims in Smithfield court ruling
