A large crowd attended memorial addresses at Wayne Street Reformed Church during a Week’s services after renovation. Mrs Duberkow in Critical Condition After Scalding Incident

Stole Electrotype Plates Charged in Grand Larceny Case

Edward A. Russ employed by Pierce Welle Engraving and Supply Co was held for the grand jury in First Criminal Court on a grand larceny charge. Police arrested him after he dropped a carpet bag from a window and was caught with copper electrotype plates valued at 1500 in the bag.

James Duffy sixty of No 15 Bilott place was struck by a locomotive while crossing Wal fe avenue yard of the Pennsylvania Railroad on the way to work. His right leg was severed above the ankle. Duffy worked for Shanley and Co. He was taken to St Francis Hospital.

Dislocated Shoulder for HaIary Messenger in Newark Duel

Hiary Messenger aged thirty six of No 32 Renwick Street New York dislocated his right shoulder and suffered a severe scalp wound when his team attached to a truck fell at Newark avenue and Coles street yesterday afternoon. He was taken to City Hospital and the team and truck were moved to the 3 P O A Shelter.

Day Street Man Severely Injured in Rail Yard Accident

James Gibb, 35, of Day street, was crushed by a locomotive at the Meadow Yards of the Pennsylvania Railroad early this morning. Both legs and one ear were severed. he was rushed to the depot and then to St. Francis Hospital.

William Barger fifty three a brakeman for the Central Railroad residing at 428 Whiton street was struck by an engine while coupling cars this morning and suffered serious injuries. He was taken to City Hospital for treatment.
