In Jeffersonville Flora circuit court the trial of Mrs Anna Ingram for 3099 against the Jeffersonville New Albany and Sellersburg Rapid Trains Company and its successor Louisville and Southern Indiana Traction ended with the judge sustaining a motion to strike certain plaintiff evidence. An appeal was taken as the jury verdict for the defendant was instructed. The case now proceeds to the Indiana appellate court after nearly thirteen years in litigation.
