Moody J. Beanblossom a psychologist at the Indiana Reformatory returned Charles Mooney and Ben Gibbons both from Evansville as parole violators. Mooney arrived May 2 1913 to serve two to twenty one years for criminal assault but paroled the following April. Gibbons arrived September 14 1913 to serve one to eight years for petite larceny and was paroled November 12 1914. New arrivals included Harry Cowsett from Evansville to serve two to five years for bigamy. He is an ex soldier and married Edith Edwards in 1913 and eloped with Rhoda Chevelier in 1913 then and later. He pleaded guilty last Saturday in City and Circuit Court.

Temperatures fall in the Ohio valley and Middle Atlantic while rising in Plains and Northwest. Snow tonight for New England and Middle Atlantic coast with clearing Thursday. Storm warnings from Block Island to Eastport Maine.
The notice urges all income tax payers to file net income reports for 1914 with Isaac R. Strouse, Terre Haute collector, by February end to avoid penalties. It also advises physicians, dentists and opium dispensers to procure stamps, with sales set mid February covering March 1 to June 30, and ordering books for opium with prices 3 and 5 cents.

London dispatch reports two Russian submarines sunk a German gunboat off the German coast. They also hit and seriously damaged a Gazelle class light cruiser possibly the Gazelle itself. Russian submarine fleet numbers 21 vessels built 1903 to 1908, all under 500 tons. The fastest boats reach 18 knots with four torpedo tubes.

Fortune sentenced him to the Boys Reform School Plainfield. Companions Jack Cunningham and Homer Stark face a Clark Circuit Court hearing in February. Mary Glossbrenner was heard on a receiving stolen goods charge with case held under advisement. Arnold to be taken to the school tomorrow by Probation Officer Fielding L Wilson.
Transcript filed in Clark Circuit Court shows C B Millner Jr of Charlestown charged with issuing a 21.40 check on November 14 1914 to George Russell which was cashed at C J Sharps grocery and later returned. Proceedings stem from a dispute between Millner and Sharp.
A fee bill for $46.50 as contiguous costs was filed against the William Bidwell estate in the suit General Bidwell versus George W. Cain administrator of the Bidwell estate.
