They planned to serve the banquet for the Men Friendship club on February 17 and then enjoyed social time with refreshments.

The 14 year old Earl Anderson of Indianapolis was accidentally shot in the temple by a playmate on Saturday. His body arrived in this city last night and is taken to the home of Mr Scott Smith of Ohio Falls. Funeral is at Wesley Chapel this afternoon with interment in Eastern Cemetery. His mother died four years ago and he lived with his aunt Mrs Scott Smith until about a year ago when he went to Indianapolis to live with his father. He visited relatives here during the holidays. Mrs Henry Anderson of Ohio avenue is the boy’s grandmother.
The D A birthday club saved a party for Miss Maude Bolling and presented her a beautiful ring on Saturday night. Attending were Mr and Mrs Chas Jones, Mr and Mrs N E Chapman, Mesdames Ed Kooncie Lena Wilson and Joseph Sanford, Misses Bertha Lacher Nelia Morris Edith and Gladys Priest Helen Bollinger, and Messrs Paul Warner George Chapman and David Kelton.
Messrs. Charles Antz John Gienger L. E. Ebner and C Eberts depart Thursday from this city for Hot Springs and Florida. They plan to be away about a month.
