Sheriff Sale in Marion County Texas on Property of Alice Green

A foreclosure sale is set for the first Tuesday in June 1905 at the Marion County courthouse in Jefferson. The sale covers two thirds of lots 3 and 4 and all of lots 6, 6 and 7 in block 2 Alley division, to satisfy a 1904 judgment against Mrs. Alice Green, with the state of Texas as plaintiff. Bids are cash, with redemption rights under Texas law.
