Jefferson Historical Society Elects New Officers and Directors
The Jefferson Historical Society and Museum held its annual meeting June 6 at the museum, reelecting and naming directors including Mrs. Beth Mead and A L Williamson. New officers elected for the year are President Mrs. Jack Builard Vice President Allen Burt and Secretary Treasurer Mrs. J M Singleton Jr. A financial statement was presented. Guests include Douglas Hicks and Byrd Murphy visiting local hosts.
