Estate of AM M Crocker trustee Muncourt Page Co file in Calhoun County District Court a notice of cancellation of a mortgage on the southeast quarter of section thirty four township eighty six north range thirty two west containing 160 acres. Jonas Faust and Marya Funat executed the trust deed dated September 18 1867 to secure a promissory note of 189.80 at 10 percent. The note was fully paid about December 26 1857. Plaintiffs claim damages of 100 for failure to cancel the mortgage and demand appearance by the defendants before the next term or default will be entered and judgment will be rendered.
