Pleasant Hill backed 82250 for a municipal light plant with a 72500 PWA grant. Liberty approved 69000 bonds to supplement a 125000 school program. Richmond failed to reach two thirds with 659 to 643. Carrolton voters approved 220000 for a municipal light and water plant with 180000 PWA grant.
