An audit found the executive secretary earned $1,540 more per year than authorized, with a salary of $17,000 later raised to $17,850, while prior executive secretary earned $18,540. Personnel records were missing for three years ending June 30, 1972, and salary actions occurred without commission approval. Records were reportedly sent to the governor's office and not returned.
