London May 18 Adolf Hitler today holds stronger cards in the war game than Kaiser Wilhelm in 1914 18. The piece notes Germany’s early WWI blockade and later access to meat grain coal and oil in southeastern Europe, implying stronger wartime prospects for Hitler's regime.

At 79, Dr. Dock has been trying to retire for 20 years but remains in practice in Pasadena California and lectures occasionally at the University of Southern California. He recently presented a paper at the American Medical Association meeting.
