Washington AP June 30 The Interstate Commerce Commission halted a possible receivership of the St Louis San Francisco Railway by approving a reconstruction loan of 3 390 000 to cover interest and taxes and outlining a long term plan. Hearings will be held but plan offers assurance goals can be met.
