House Approves State Scholarships and Related School Bills

The House sent multiple bills to the Senate on Tuesday including a state scholarship plan offering up to $600 yearly for as many as 1,000 high school graduates who might not attend college without aid. Car Bus Collision Leaves 29 Injured in St Louis

Two People Injured In Local Collision At Street Intersection

Two persons were injured Tuesday in an auto accident at the intersection of Marshall and Union Streets. Police said the cars driven by H. H. Unruh, 60, of Holts Summit, and Mrs. Florence Hyde, 67, of 1204 Moreland Ave, collided. Mrs. Hyde and Donna Unruh, 16, a passenger in the Unruh car, were reported injured.
