Marian Trial Set For June 14 On Kidnapping Charge

Kansas City AP W H Wally Mahan ousted labor organizer pleaded innocent to a state kidnapping charge. Trial set for June 14 with bonds at 5 000. He also faced 10 counts of malicious destruction of property and two counts of common assault with total bonds of 8 500 000, which he could not post.
