CHICAGO AP A complaint charges Dr Stevan Durovic 60 developer of Kre biozen with evading nearly 200000 in income taxes filed before U S Commissioner C S Bentley Pike The complaint says Durovic earned 242498 in 1960 but reported a loss of 115237 and paid 216 in tax It alleges most income came from Krebiozen sales and he evaded 195710 in tax Also Durovic Marko Tos 64 Andrew C Tos 75 and William F Phillips 52 were acquitted of mail fraud and conspiracy tied to Krebiozen sales. Durovic and Marko contest 1954 1958 TRS tax assessments. Stevan Durovic faces 267225 taxes and 142867 penalties for those years Marko 264346 taxes and 141313 penalties.
