Murder charge against Gargotta in Kansas City

At Fort Slocum New Rochelle N Y Army Private Donald J King of York Pa was shot and killed by Corporal Truman E Smith of Lima Ohio over a reprimand for a small task. Smith then shot himself and died later. Zinn, the slain private, and Smith were found in the barracks with Zinn shot in the back and chest. Smith, in surgery, said I hope Zinn died.
