Peruvian-born soprano Yma Sumac said at a news conference she will stand by husband Moises Vivanco who faces a paternity suit. Vivanco, her musical arranger, testified he was the father of a girl born nine months ago to Miss Subac, former social secretary. Sumac collapsed last week after the suit was released.

The association, incorporated in 1921, reports savings and investment accounts totaling 2,367,262 with 2,784,866.34 in first mortgage loans. Jesse N. Owens, former mayor, serves as executive vice president. The group is a member of the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corp.
