Tremor Strikes Near Salton Sea Hit California Desert

Sedalia Woman Receives Kidney From 10-Year-Old Donor

Kansas City AP reports surgeons transplanted a kidney from a 10-year-old boy killed in a traffic accident to a Sedalia, Missouri, woman. The donor was identified by authorities and the recipient is described as a 30-year-old Sedalia resident. The operation was performed today and details on the condition of both are being released by the hospital.
