The Joe N Burk Construction Co of Springfield emerged as the apparent low bidder at 90899 to remove the sidewalk and relocate the traffic barrier on the west side of the Missouri River Bridge in Weltersen City. Bids from Construction Co of Paris, Kirkwood Construction Co of Ellisville, and Central Brides Co of Columbia ranged from 97483 to 113491 with several bids submitted before river work. The sidewalk on the eastern side will remain.
