Black chairman of the senate air mail committee says he does not propose to summon witnesses for an investigation of Col Charles A Lindbergh as the panel resumes hearings on non subsidized airlines seeking post office mail contracts. Senate members asked Glendon be subpoenaed but Black noted hearings will proceed with others first.

Body of J Edward Douglas Returns to Birthplace
