Memorial Auxiliary Names Delegates To Conventions
At a board meeting of Memorial Community Hospital Auxiliary delegates were named for upcoming conventions. Mrs. Sara Snorgrass will attend the Mid West Hospital Association convention in Kansas City April 24 to 26. Mrs. Railton and Mrs. Ross Geary will go to a Missouri Hospitals Auxiliaries district meeting in Columbia April 19. The meeting opened with a prayer by Mrs. Walter Niedner and was presided over by president Mrs. E. C. L. Wagner. New volunteers announced include Mrs. John Harp Mrs. Paul Smelser Mrs. W. D. Baker and Miss Jennie Belle Mason. Volunteer hours totaled 837 for the month. Serving committee report showed 82 hours in articles and patchwork. Membership added two new members Mrs. Hartford Inlow and Mrs. Don Campbell to a roll of 857. Gift Shop chairwoman Mrs. I. H. Reed noted demand for handmade aprons novelties and homemade candies. Resignation of Serving Committee chair Mrs. Elder accepted. EE

Founders Day Luncheon Honors Catholic Awards at St Peter's
Mrs Helen Henderson and Mrs Michaele Flott received Marian and Guadalupe Awards at a Palm Sunday Founders Day luncheon hosted by Rev Norman Barnett and the Die Tau Chapter. Scouts and Brownies attended as 30 girls gathered at St Peter's for Easter bonnets and decorated eggs amid speeches and planning for the Delta State Convention. Mrs Storckman returned from a visit to St Louis after attending a Gridiron dinner there with her sisters.

The Earl Hiltons Honored by Choir
The First Baptist Church Choir honored Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hilton at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Hearnes Sunday evening as they prepare to move to Kansas City.
