Annual Street Fair Planned for September in Jasper
Jasper business leaders vote to host a three day street fair on September 24 25 and 26 with the Kolliss carnival company returning to provide the Ferris wheel merry go round and tent show acts. Balloon ascensions are planned daily and ball games on the bag eball grounds with Springfield Tegarden Packers league players expected to attend. Exhibits loom large with farm and stock displays and premiums to be announced next week. Dwight Masters nine year old son of Mr and Mrs Chas Masters remains gravely ill with typhoid fever.
