The sixty third annual Spring River Baptist Association session began a three day gathering at the Baptist church in this city with Dr J B Yates as moderator. Rev B Moors preached on The Lord hath need of them, urging mission need and speedy response. Delegates from Jasper to Carterville, with many visitors, organized officers and committees for missions education temperance and religious publication.

Ollie Roberts, Jasper's popular young businessman, traveled to Aurora Tuesday afternoon and married Miss Eugenia Maniey that evening at Bo'clock. The newlyweds expect to reach Jasper tomorrow morning. Mrs. Simpson moved her millinery store into the Keltoor building Wednesday and now occupies one of the town's prettiest store rooms.

Benton Addresses State Affairs and Trust Question

Horse trap kills Ed St John horse near fence gap
