A Commercial Club meeting Tuesday night secured about one third of the stock for a shoe factory with ten Jasper men subscribing rapidly. By 1 pm Wednesday the list included Omer Webb, Hendricks, Ollie Roberts, Bert Webb, T. J. Kunkler, Chas Lilly, Schooler Grain Co, Tillers, Mammond and others with several amounts around 1166.07.

At 1 pm Saturday the best exhibit corn will be sold at auction to set seed corn. proceeds go to the owner. Everyone is urged to attend.
