Jasper County reports broad Republican gains, Morgan defeats Hackney for Congress, and Cannon re elected to Congress.
General Election results show President Taft and Governor Hadley winning. Congressional winner Charles H Morgan. County ticket lists Circuit Court judges H L Bright and D E Blair, State Legislature Uriah Smith and R T Abernathy, James Roach for the Third District. County Judge Wright and Dixon, Prosecuting Attorney B H Coon, Sheriff Arch McDonald.
