Unusual Cattle Shipment At Local Stockyard
Two hundred and ten head of cattle drew a large crowd to the stockyard on Tuesday. Eighty came from John Keltner’s farm and 130 from Fred and Wm. Schooler, mostly Hereford with some short horns. The lot, in eleven cars, was shipped to Kansas City Tuesday evening by Rex & Patterson.

Tillman’s big vaudeville troupe entertains town
Played here three nights the Tillman comedy company consisting of two men and two women arrived unheralded last Tuesday. They performed vaudeville at the opera house Thursday Friday and Saturday nights. Shows were of fair merit with slim crowds except Saturday when attendance doubled from the prior night.
