Dr. H R McNally of Washington DC, with the U S Department of Agriculture, arrives in Carthage to lead a hog cholera campaign. He will work with local veterinarians, occupy a desk at the Carthage Business Men's League, and may stay six months to a year. His services are free and inspections are welcomed. Reports say Jasper County’s stock center status and prior serum work prompted selection.
