Old Ray case settled in Kansas City court of appeals
The Kansas City court of appeals last Monday sustained Judge Gray’s quashal of the false imprisonment suit by Chas Ray against Justice Thos Dodd and constable I Y Byers. Ray sought 816000 damages claiming wrongful imprisonment over a bond issue, arising from a disturbance involving his wife.
