Real estate deals reported near Jasper in past week
Three farm sales in southwest Missouri near Jasper were reported this week. W P Chappell bought 160 acres at 40 per acre totaling 6400 with sale arranged by Charles Buzzard. J J Stansbury bought Dix on 160 acres at 40 per acre. A S Hatfield sold a 20 acre lublin farm to W D Lightey for 65 per acre totaling 7800. Lightey previously bought N H Patterson's 36 acre tract last spring at 150 per acre, a regional record.
